Better deal than what I was in.. I would highly recommend re-genius they were able to get me out of my loan and into a better deal with a lower APR. The customer service was exceptional. The only thing is I was never really able to talk to anyone all the communication was through text message, but with me being a millennial that didn't bother me one bit.

Quick and Painless x 2!. I've used RateGenius twice now to refinance family vehicles, and would not hesitate to use them again. Fantastic service, and my rep Bilal was responsive and quick to answer any questions during the process.
Good experience and everything worked ou Refinance stopped my payments for a couple months but the rate wasn't lower. I do have a better warranty and only ended up increasing my payment by about $10.
Hassle free process The application process was extremely easy and they follow up with you in 3 forms of communications which is very nice. They'll email you, text you, and give you a courtesy call saying a loan officer will be in contact with you shortly. Though there were a couple of shortcomings during this process.
