The rates are false. I checked on a loan for5.5 percent and the loan was financed at 6.2 even with a 8.3 rating. So what they advertised and what you get are totally different.

Very responsive and friendly service, as salesmen tend to be. As someone refinancing for the first time, I would warn that they will 100% take advantage of that. Ended up with what I thought was a win, same monthly payment and lower interest, until I received the new loan that was almost $5,000 more than my previous loan. Good company if you really know what you’re doing perhaps.
Paperwork was a little annoying, especially having to resubmit documents that were already signed and notarized. But overall, a straightforward process. My representative was very open and transparent throughout the entire process.
