I followed a prompt on my credit karma app to lower my vehicle loan payment and %. I spent over an hour going through a long list of offers and chose one that was exactly what I was looking for w a goal of lowering my monthly pymt by 100/month. I felt this was a classic bait and switch as AFTER they did a hard credit check I was approved for ~half of the loan I thought I was applying for. Uncool. Mark was my loan officer and he was great.
Easy and fast process. It was a breeze.
