I thought it would be long drawn out process and or maybe another scam to get you on their call logs for college loans and other things. But nope, it was exactly as they said to refinance my car payment and get the interest down along with my monthly payment. Easy to do and friendly as well. Answered any and all questions I had about the process and all.
