This was a refinance loan on a vehicle I was not expecting to receive such great customer service and was very surprised to only deal with one very virtuous and informative representative. Thank you RateGenius!
$60,000 Refi One of the only lenders to allowthis amount of Refi, great interest rate.
Fast and easy!. They made it easy to get done.
I am very happy with my loan Very easy process, was able to cut my interest rate by more than half.
The loan process was easy and excellent.. Jeremy did a great job and I didn't have to do anything really.
Simply Amazing!. Applying was easy and the customer service was beyond expected. Couldn’t be happier with the loan and service received. Definitely the way to go!
Great customer service and interest rate The customer service was great. Every time I called, they called me back and responded to my texts in a timely manner. The application process was a little but longer than expected because they had a problem with the new system, but overall I rate them 5 stars! Amazing attention to the client, great interests rates! Everything was online and east to understand/complete. I would definitely recommend Rate Genius for the best rates on refinancing your loan!
Easiest process I've ever experienced !!. Just make sure everything is explained and detailed on paper before signing. Gap,loan terms, extended service contracts etc..other than that great
very smooth process It was very easy to communicate and get everything approved
