The process was fantastic and everyone was friendly! Rate genesis has saved me a great deal of money by refinancing my vehicle.
Refinance Took longer than expected and I had to keep getting more and more info that was needed.
Lengthy process I got a much better rate, but there is a bit of leg work as you have to have forms notorized, fedexed etc. Overall a good experience, friendly customer serivice and lower APR
Quick and Easy Approval process More than helpful and always willing to discuss the options with you. They can keep you update with text and email. A really greasy service.
Frustrating Process Although they dropped the ball at one point, I did get my loan and I am satisfied.
Auto refinance Very quick process and great communication.
Very easy and helpful They knew what i wanted and got it for me.
They got me a great rate & monthly pymt.. I got what I wanted but it took awhile
I LAUGHED , I CRIED, MY LIFE CHANGED Arron Burlingame was AWESOME. Very on top of it with the whole process. I had a question it was asnwered with in a hour and many times with in minutes. The text feature is perfect if you have a busy work life so you dont have to keep checking email or doing phone calls back and forth.
