Great experience!. Had recently contacted rateGenius through credit karma to see about refinancing my 2016 Kia soul, after a few hours I received a email saying I was approved and was assigned a person to help me through the process (Andy Lam). Overall Andy was extremely helpful and was able answer any questions I had, the entire process took around a month to compete and required me doing very little on my part and I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family. Easy and straight forward I applied for this loan BEFORE I read the reviews, and I won't lie, I was a little skeptical. However, the process was easy, the point of contact people took care of me, and were prompt if there was paperwork they needed. My ONLY criticism would be that there was no follow up.
