Quick, easy. Excellent customer service I was fortunate to have Andy Lam as my Loan Officer. Andy provided me with clear, detailed instructions; Guided me through the process in a quick and efficient (and patient) manner. In less than a week I had a new lender. Saw that my old loan was paid off a few days later. Got my loan package from my new lender. My interest rate went down significantly. My monthly payment is also lower now. Thanks, Andy for your help.
Easy and quick with great outcome!. I agonized for months about refinancing my car loan. I finally gave it a shot with Rate Genius. I was fortunate enough to have, as my Loan Officer, Andy Lam. Painless process This is my first refinance of any loan and I’m glad I did it! Thanks to Credit Karma I was able to lower my monthly payment on our van! Overall very straightforward. Once I submitted and provided all of the required information I was contacted by the new credit union and my monthly payments were even lower than the original quote!

Easiest Refinance EVER!. I love that Credit Karma saw the rate I'm paying for my loan and suggested Rate Genius. I reached out and was called the very next day. My rep was super knowledgeable and helped me find a better rate which slashed my payment $100. The paperwork wasn't as terrible as I thought. A few notarizations were necessary and it took about 30 minutes to fill it all out, but after I submitted it all, everything happened within a week. I can't thank Credit Karma and RateGenius enough!
Easy process, and saves you money!. Customer service is the best, makes process very easy. I work in car sales and it was easier than I expected it to be even though it was all by phone and email.
