Excellent experience I want to rectify my previous review, because I received a letter denying my auto loan refinance, but was from other company. My agent Evelyn Rudisill was very nice to me and explain me that that letter of denying was from one of the company that they applied, and they have to tell me why they didn't accept my application. Quick Loan Process with a local bank The application process was quick/easy; I was able to speak with a rateGenius representative via phone or secure email. The whole process took about a week or less and they secured an interest rate about 3 points less than I had with dealer and with a very local credit union (ie, not with some unknown bank 10 states away, etc)!
