Excellent Service I seen a message indicating that I was paying to high of an APR & that I should apply with several different lenders that I would be approved for. I choose Rate Genius because there's was the lowest. However i was cautious because I thought it might be a catch however, I was WRONG !!!! Mr. Robert Castenada helped me every step of the way causing me to have a smooth process. Fast and easy, ended up saving some money. Lacked some communication from my agent but overall good experience.
Helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.. They are patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The process was quite simple, once I got my end of things done. They prepare everything for you and you simply sign some forms. I'd recommend them for refinancing anytime!
Easy fast well informed I saved money
The money saved is worth your time.. The effort required to do the refi process is worth the money saved. My only complaint is that not every step was digital. It would have been nice to complete the process without having to print and mail a bunch of paper.
