The money saved is worth your time.. The effort required to do the refi process is worth the money saved. My only complaint is that not every step was digital. It would have been nice to complete the process without having to print and mail a bunch of paper.

Easiest refinance ever!. This went so smoothly. The agent who assisted me even went as far as texting (much for convenient for me) so that was surprisingly helpful. I was refinanced with a different bank within a week's time with little effort on my part, just had to provide the appropriate information that was easily obtained. If you're looking to refinance, use RateGenius!!

Money saving!!. Good experience. Clear expectations. Quick approval and setup of new account. Not really a fan of the new lenders website because it's out of date and their app doesn't work but I am saving $193/month so I'm happy.
