It was a great experience Rick found that my insurance had the wrong title number on it and got a better rate, plus shorter term pay off.
Fast and simple, with the best rate.. I applied for a loan to refinance my car. Did the application online following a link from Credit Karma. The process was as simple as one can expect (pretty much similar to all the other loan applications I did) but the response time was incredibly fast. Rate Genius hooked me up with the best rate, beating my bank and my credit union. I highly recommend.

Was able to get me a better rate I don't really understand what caused the delay but I had to reapply and submitted documents all over again. But overall, it was a success. They were able to secure a better auto loan rate that I had before.

Got a much better rate Make sure you are timely with submitting your documents. I don't know what happened but I had to resubmit application and documents causing a delay in getting my auto loan. But it was worth it since the rate was much better than I had before.

Excellent experience I want to rectify my previous review, because I received a letter denying my auto loan refinance, but was from other company. My agent Evelyn Rudisill was very nice to me and explain me that that letter of denying was from one of the company that they applied, and they have to tell me why they didn't accept my application.
