Auto Refinance Application and loan document process was painless using the internet and digital signatures for loan documents. Only issue was a lack of response from my contact at RateGenius. Other customer service folks had to help answer my questions and move the process forward. Great rate and easy application process.. Quick and easy process for auto loan. Saving a substantial amount of money switching from the dealership rate that I had originally. Only minor complaint was an attempt to "add" vehical replacement cost to the monthly payment.

Best Refinance ever!. The process was easy and was completed in less than a week. I went from an 11.4% loan to a 3.48% loan and reduced the term by 2 years.
Good experience I called them to refinance my auto loan and they did not disappoint. Hooked me up with a credit union that dropped my monthly payment by almost $200. They were very nice and helpful on the phone too, highly recommend.
