Great The rates are currently much cheaper than what i had. Easy system to navigate and customer service was great.
Good rate; unorganized process They definitely secured a great rate, but I had to do the process twice because they didn’t fully vet the first place and it fell through. They also kept asking me for the same documents I had already sent and forgetting my situation.

Very competitive loan! #HappyRefinancer Great process and thorough customer service. Was able to cut interest rate in half and save $2000+ over the age of the loan. Would definitely recommend speaking with an agent during the application process, as I was able to clarify some of the conditions of my credit that were hard to figure out how to represent in my application (such as shared rent, shared CC with family, etc.)
