Incredibly easy and streamlined process The process for applying was incredibly easy! Customer service when they called to follow-up asked the least amount of questions to expedite the process. When Rate Genius located a lender willing to refinance my loan at a very competitive rate, I was sent a 20 page packet with all important information highlighted on a quick one page document.
