Rate genius brough my rate from 15.99 to 6.74%. It was an easy and simple process! The only thing that I would change is the communication portion. it is very hard to reach out to your loan officer and get questions answered.

True to it's word The application process was very simple. You are assigned the same loan broker throughout the process which was great. Refinancing my auto loan required me to focus on this pretty actively for a couple days but that is just what it is, Rate Genius made it as simple as possible. I would recommend their services highly.
