Lower rate - Longer term - Very helpful I was able to lower my auto loan rate by 1% and extend out my term length, drastically lowering my payment. The representative was also very helpful and patient during the whole process. And no apparent fee either.

Perfect refinance Lowered my auto loan by 7% to 3.4%, saving me 2500 in interest, 100/mo off my payments, and didn't extend the length of the loan. Simple application and very helpful when selecting a refinance offer.Fico score of 728 when applying

Good rate; unorganized process They definitely secured a great rate, but I had to do the process twice because they didn’t fully vet the first place and it fell through. They also kept asking me for the same documents I had already sent and forgetting my situation.
