Incredibly easy and streamlined process The process for applying was incredibly easy! Customer service when they called to follow-up asked the least amount of questions to expedite the process. When Rate Genius located a lender willing to refinance my loan at a very competitive rate, I was sent a 20 page packet with all important information highlighted on a quick one page document. Great service After submitting all the required documents, they kept me informed thoughout the transition period, including a pro-rated refund of GAP insurance offered by the previous lender. Saved me a few thousand dollars of interest over the life of the new loan. I highly recommend them, shoutout to Eddie for handling my loan.

COULD NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN RATEGENIUS I could not be happier with myloan..These folks were AMAZING. They found me a credit union in Maryland (I live in Texas) that offered me the best deal in the US. I mean it. RateGenious saved me about 1% on my loan, at least $1700 in interest, I am paying 1% APR on my car. use them!
super seamless and easy This was very easy. the rep I worked with would text me which made it easy to communicate with him. I had to provide 3 simple documents and they did the rest. This was so easy! No bother on my end at all
