Auto Refinance The customer service was top notch.There were a few hoops I needed to jump through like getting my signatures notorized, but they provided a UPS shipping label free of charge & the UPS store should have a notorary on site. My approval was quick and the interest rate on my new loan will save me hundreds of dollars over the life of the loan. I would definitely use RateGenius again!
very good service Very satisfying service They helped me to reduced my interest rate from 11% to 3% within one week It is very convinent and everything can be done by phone/email/mail. My REP-Nathan Lang has been communicating with me all the time and he is very helpful and resloved all the conerns that I might have.
