Very good service!. I cut my auto loan APR to less than half by refinancing through RateGenius. I was wary throughout the process, just waiting to be let down by hidden fees and shifty reps, but Louis was very helpful and kind, and I did not get any surprises. It was quite a relief. I did remember to ask up front how my new loan will work - could I pay on their website, could I pay via phone, is there a charge to pay certain ways? Was hoping for a little better rate.... Advertisement stated a larger savings, but in he end it was about 20% monthly savings. All interactions were great. Quick process.
