Great company to deal with.. They made refinancing my car easy and took the time to explain everything to me. Also they ended up saving me a lot of money on interest while lowering my car payment.
Quick & Easy I'm not one that normally uses these types of sites, but I applied for a auto refinance loan just to see what was available and with the help of Rate Genius, our auto loan payment went from $353.00 a month to $282.00 a month. The paperwork and whole process was super easy. I'm kicking myself for not applying sooner.
Works, but its not easy.. Started with 750 credit score, 25-30% credit usage at 9% Apr on the original loan, was able to lower the rate to 3.25%. The process took over 2 months, lots of back and forth with the company. They asked for the same document multiple times and didn't seem to understand local laws around said documents. They did an "ok" job of communication, but if I asked a complicated question or for clarification on an issue, sometimes I would not receive a response. Overall I would give the company a C+
My refi app was handled quickly and professionally. You get a real live person you can interact with! Directions of what they needed were clear and concise. I followed through on my end and all paperwork done in one day. Next day had verification it was completed with my new lender. Saved a lot of money monthly and over the life of my loan. Totally professional company. Would highly recommend them.
