Easy peasy chicken squeezie!. From applying to getting approval the whole process was a breeze. If I were in the market to refinance another auto loan I would use RateGenius in a heartbeat.
Easy No complaints. Everything was completed as I was told it would and wrapped up quickly. I got what I wanted...a lower rate on an auto loan that was costing me too much. Rategenius is an intermediary not the financing company itself. Once you figure that out (by doing your homework...) you'll be happy!
awesome Customer service: The individual that i was working with gave me their cell phone number and I was able to call/text at almost any time and get a timely, informative response. She was very nice and extremely helpful. Overall: they got me down to a 3% APR. My monthly payments were less and I got about four months less of payments. After the refinance was completed, they even tried to help me find a better insurance rate!
