awesome Customer service: The individual that i was working with gave me their cell phone number and I was able to call/text at almost any time and get a timely, informative response. She was very nice and extremely helpful. Overall: they got me down to a 3% APR. My monthly payments were less and I got about four months less of payments. After the refinance was completed, they even tried to help me find a better insurance rate!

Helpful Now let me be clear, they gave me a wonderful deal on my car! However I did find out through them that I was upside on my car meaning I owe more then what it's worth, thank god for gap insurance! So long story short their good at what they do just KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE
