They were consistent easy to understand and always accessible.
Went from 5.5% to 2.49% Easy process. Great customer service. I had many other offers but nobody could come close to rategenius. I'm saving over $4000 in interest on my truck loan. I chose to keep the same payment and drop 6 months off of my loan!
