Quick, easy, and painless.. Easy process, they will follow up for paperwork somewhat aggressively, but that's their job. Without proper timing on paperwork your loan could fall through. Found me a rate below 3% on a loan where the car was worth less than what owed. Good experience.
Best service and people Fast, courteous and honest. All costs stated upfront and do not push unneeded insurance like 90% of loan companies do. I refinanced a used car and had gap insurance thru my auto insurance company. Loan officer asked me if I would be interested, I asked questions and got cost.
