Easy and great customer service It was easy to just apply, get approved and an agent contacts you to take you step by step the rest of the way. My Agent Chris was very open and helpful, answered all my questions and now I'll be able to save up on some real money in the process of buying my car.
I refinanced an auto loan the process was fast and simple. My loan rep communicated promptly and I had paperwork to sign within a couple of days. Overall it was a great experience and my new loan is saving me money....no brainer.
Great service, decent outcome I refinanced with Rate Genius and had a good experience with their service. They were professional and polite and clearly communicated the process. I am happy with the new loan - the only downside I would say is that I received 2 credit inquiries - 1 from Rate Genius and 1 from the new lender.

Easy Process I'm very happy with the process, I appled to refinance my car but after seeing how much our rate went down and the much lower payment we also applied for my wife's car. They got us approved by the same credit union and our combined payments dropped by almost $200 a month.
