Excellent, Efficient & Fast Was declined by my own autolender who I was with for 1 1/2 years for refinance. Requested rate refinance with rate genius. Refi your auto loan from home I have used this service 2x before, and each time went very well. Yes, there is a certain amount of paperwork you must provide, but prepaid envelopes are included, and the representatives, (especiallly WInthrop) make it a fun and easy proccess. Painless process Went from 11.89% with Ally to 2.99% with a credit union that RateGenius found for me. All documents are submited online. Even the signing is online. They fully paid my Ally loan on time. I highly recomend them.
Excellent Customer Service The application process was simple and easy, and the customer service agent assigned to me helped me every step of the way. He answered all questions I had and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured to commit.
Car refinancing Throughout the entire process I was kept in the loop, kept very well informed and anything I didn't understand or had questions about they took the time to explain without making me feel like I was a burden to them. The process was fairly easy and the customer service was above and beyond.
