Auto Refinance Great customer service. Prompt responses on inquiries. Found a refinance willing to take on my upside down loan with an APR 3% lower than what I was paying. Loan was found within a few days and everything was finalized within 2 weeks.

Easy and fast My wife sent a contact email one night. The next day she received a call. They got all the information and within an hour she was able to get a better rate and lower monthly payments. But it didn't end there, he was able to get us additional warranty that we weren't able to get before. We were also able to get new home and auto insurance at a lower price. Great!

Surprised the rate was so low honestly My CK score is 695, got approved for a refinance at 4.9% which I would say is pretty low for my meh credit score. Application process was fairly quick, took just a couple days after I submitted all of my paperwork.
Refinance to lower rate.. I refinanced my auto loan and cut my interest rate in half. Also saved $60 a month on my payment and a few thousand dollars in interest. Very easy to do. Would recommend Rate Genius.

Great, straight forward and helpful serv I applied with a 21% car loan and a rate genius representative helped me get a 6% loan. They stay on top of you until you get everything submitted which I found helpful. The multiple calls and texts from other offers such as car insurance are unneseccary and annoying. If I said no or didn't answer the first 7 times there is little chance I will say yes because you bug me more. All in and all this is a perfectly helpful service and I am appreciative.
