Easy and fast My wife sent a contact email one night. The next day she received a call. They got all the information and within an hour she was able to get a better rate and lower monthly payments. But it didn't end there, he was able to get us additional warranty that we weren't able to get before. We were also able to get new home and auto insurance at a lower price. Great!

Surprised the rate was so low honestly My CK score is 695, got approved for a refinance at 4.9% which I would say is pretty low for my meh credit score. Application process was fairly quick, took just a couple days after I submitted all of my paperwork.

Great, straight forward and helpful serv I applied with a 21% car loan and a rate genius representative helped me get a 6% loan. They stay on top of you until you get everything submitted which I found helpful. The multiple calls and texts from other offers such as car insurance are unneseccary and annoying. If I said no or didn't answer the first 7 times there is little chance I will say yes because you bug me more. All in and all this is a perfectly helpful service and I am appreciative.
Easy and very helpful I applied with a 21% car loan looking to lower it and my payment of $400 dollars a month. Within the day of applying I got a response and an offer from a local credit union for a 6% loan at $270 a month. The application and submission of documentation is very simple and they guide you through it. My biggest gripe is the multiple calls/texts you receive from other services such as auto insurance... Auto Refinance I was happy with the car I purchased but not happy about the load. I went to RateGenius recommended by Credit Karma and they were able to find me a new load that was 7% lower than the one I had. I am very happy I looked around.
