Thorough Had to push back on the initial monthly payment amount they gave me as it did not match my calculation using the loam amount and loan terms they proposed. This was corrected with only one push back by me. They also asked for many items of docuemntation, but in the end, all worked out positively. Make sure your numbers match their numbers, and if not, find out why and get to mutual agreed upon numbers.

EXCELLENT!!. I contacted them based on a flyer my Credit Union sent about auto laon refiniance. They were amazing. Friendly and competent. They found me a rate that was a full 1% lower than my own Credit Union, AND saved me a full year of payments! Good follow through by them on all aspectcts of the process. Ca't thank them enough.
