I felt like Team Shanahan was “on my side”. Although I’m not crazy about all the digital interface we did well. Since my close was out of state I think a real estate notary would almost be mandatory. I happen to get one, however if I had been sent to ups store with no one else I’m guessing mistakes would have been made.
