Ray took charge of the situation from the start he said he would see what he could do, and he definitely came through I first talked to him at 0845 and before 2pm that same day got an approval. And about 2 or so weeks after, CLOSED! Every step of the way Ray and the team kept us informed, and if we had any questions would give us straight answers no structured mumbo jumbo that leave you confused. These people are GREAT!
