Ray and his team went above and beyond! We were on the verge of loosing my wife's dream house using Rocket Mortgage. Here comes Ray to the rescue. VA didn't include the basement in the appraisal so the house under appraised for what the seller was selling. Ray pulled up his sleeves, dug into the trenches and won the war with the VA.
