Lisa helped us sell our condo and buy our new home. When it came to sell our home she was very proactive and constantly bringing clients through to see it. She was also very quick wih giving us feed back on a showing and made us feel as if selling our home was always her top priority.
Lisa came highly recommended and certainly lived up to every expectation. I flew in from out of state with only 3 days to fine a condo in the Kenosha area, and had a lengthy list of “must haves”. Lisa was unfazed when I discovered on the first day that one type of condo set-up would not work given my physical disabilities. Options where even more limited, but Lisa prevailed and found the perfect condo! I will always be grateful for her positive attitude and expertise.
In the short time frame we had to purchase a home Lisa was very energetic to fine one for us. She sent may listings and had good knowledge of each property's unique situation in the market. She connected well with the realtor who was selling our home in another state - our purchasing a home in WI rode on selling that one. When that moved, she was very quick in finding a home that was not distant from our expectations.
Lisa did a wonderful job in the selling of one of my homes. She was always very responsive and on top of communication, and knew the process well. Her local knowledge of the area definitely helped.
