Lisa Fabiano is very knowledgeable about the market. She let me know when it would be a good time to list, based on market. I listed as she suggested and my property sold in 1 day! Though results may not be typical, there was great respect for the fact that Lisa had her finger on the pulse of the local market. She's also easy to get along with, and respectful of your time. I highly recommend her services!

Very happy with the service from her. Was a very good experience. Would recommend her to others. Lisa was always available to answer any of our questions. She helped us get our ideas to get our home ready for showings. We had 21 showings until we finally accepted our offer.

From the very first moment that we met her, Lisa was very impressive. She dressed like a professional and talked with confidence. She worked hard to sell our home And thought about all the ways we could do it. She's pleasant, competent, and we have already talked/suggested her to our Friends who are considering selling their homes. Lisa will get you results.. I would go to her again.. My husband and I had a great experience with Lisa. We contacted her on a Sunday evening and by Wednesday she had shown us not only properties that we found online that we liked, but many additional properties in the surrounding areas that she though would meet our needs. Lisa explained the process and included me in decisions so that I felt a part of the process in the sale of my home. I like the fact that she asked my opinion on the asking price and started high enough to try to get me the best price possible. She is a very pleasant person to deal with and she listens to your concerns. I believe that she does her best to move through the process as quickly as possible and keeps you informed as best as she can along the way.

I have been involved in many real estate transactions and the sale with Lisa was one of the best. She is knowledgeable, very responsive, and communicates in a timely manner. I had issues with my purchased home that Lisa was not involved in. It was Lisa, not my purchasing agent, who clarified what the problem was. I would highly recommend Lisa.

Lisa put our house on the market and displayed it very nicely. We received many viewings the first day and had 6 offers the very next day of which one was accepted. I would highly recommend Lisa if you are looking to sell your home.
