My home had an accepted offer within 7 days! It pretty much sold itself but having a professional photographer and a very assertive real estate professional helped to seal the deal. Lisa is a go getter, a great negotiator, and is very personable. She helped us find the home of our dreams once we knew we had a solid offer. She helped make a somewhat stressful life event manageable! I would highly recommend Lisa Fabiano when looking to buy or sell property!
