Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all functions in the house. Showed up early and stayed until every question was answered.
Calling to schedule was a positive experience. I found the gentleman to be kind, not pushy, good communication and was able to be scheduled within a couple days. Doug who was my home inspector was very helpful and informative. He explained everything as we went along in the inspection. He arrived a little early and was prepared.
