The inspector, Don Grisoff, got out to the property in a matter of days and got the inspection report to me the next morning. every inch of the home was documented with respect to action items in need of immediate attention, and maintenance items that would need attention in the future. after reading the inspection report i had some questions. i texted the inspector who got right back to me and answered every one of my questions thoroughly.
