John was knowledgeable extremely thorough with inspecting every aspect from chimney crown to sump pumps! The home inspection report was incredibly detailed, organized, and easy to understand. Highly recommend!

The inspectorAaron had sold qualifcations, This was regarding stucco which can be very problematic. The report was very detailed and comprehensive. and included photos and recommendations. The inspector made himself afterwards to answer questions and concerns . I recommed him without reservation
Aaron was my home inspector. He superseded my expectations. We met him at the location, he was in booties for feet, and wearing a face mask. He was very informative about the inspection process, was clear on what he could or couldnâ t inspect and why. Aaron was very efficient with the info about his findings and answered all my questions with out any hesitation, and didnâ t appear frustrated while I was asking a lot of questions. Real Estate Inspections was professional, knowledgeable, speedy, and friendly. Their inspection of our stucco revealed extensive water damage. They gave us a thorough report of the damage as well as remediation recommendations; we used the report as a scope of work when we hired our remediation contractor. Real Estate Inspections came back to check out the new work and again gave us a comprehensive report of their findings. We now have peace of mind that the work was done properly.
The customer service was polite and very helpful. The inspector Frank was very professional, thorough and courteous. He answered our questions and explained things very clearly and offered constructive suggestions. It was money well spent.
