It seemed like the inspector genuinely cared for the inspection instead of just going through the process. He seemed very knowledgable and explained everything clearly. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone

This is our second time having Craig as our home inspector. He once again did an exceptional job in walking us through and explaining everything at the home inspection. He was prompt and professional and definitely knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend him to all my friends, family, and clients in the future.
Aaron was excellent. On time, efficient and very helpful in explaining what we should be looking for through the inspection and in follow ups with our builders. We are building a new construction single family home so this was all new to us. He also shared some helpful tips for ongoing maintenance of the mechanical. He used drone technology to check out our roofing and found a couple areas of repair needed which was very helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great home inspector!
Craig was extremely thorough and took his time inspecting every inch of the house. There were a few quirks with the home with where certain things were located (e.g. air conditioner filter in the wall of the master bedroom closet), and we would never have figured it out without him. We feel completely confident in his report and feel we are making a very informed decision with purchasing this home.
I found Keith to be very up front with any questioning. He made himself available by giving me his card from the beginning with a cell number, not just his office number, which made it very easy to contact him with any residual questions or concerns that I might not have asked during the excitement of the inspection. I felt Keith was very thorough in his inspection. He listened carefully to my concerns. We had not a single issue with this service.
This is the second house Frank from Real Estate Inspections has inspected for me. The first one saved me from a night mare. He's quick, efficient, detailed and breaks down everything. I would highly recommend!
