Pete, the Chief Inspector, and Frank, the Office Manager, were wonderful to work with. There were no questions they could not answer, or take the time to find the answer(s). The house inspector that was assigned was competent, easy to talk to, and welcomed questions. Everything was efficient and timely! Everyone went out of their way to assist us, as we were first-time home buyers in Philadelphia. We would highly recommend Real Estate Inspections!
Inspector Don Grisoff from Real Estate Inspections performed Stucco Inspection. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each process and answered all questions. After the inspection report was received I had additional questions. He responded in timely manner and help me understand the report. I am a realtor and I would strongly recommend Don for his expertise and professionalism!
