We hired Real Estate Inspections to do my Pre-Drywall inspection for my new construction home and we are absolutely glad that we did! They did a very comprehensive job on a 100 + year old home which took a long time to complete. We were very satisfied, and plan to use them on another home which we are soon putting on the market.
My inspector was Gerry. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and happy to answer all my questions. There report is also formatted very nicely. They give estimated repair/service prices for any potential issues they find. This is a very good tool to use when negotiating repairs with the seller.
Real Estate Home Inspections were professional and thorough for both our pre-drywall and final walk-through inspections. For continuity, the same inspector performed both inspections and answered all of our questions about the inspections and also for items cited in the reports. The reports both arrived as promised within the 2 day window. They were great and would highly recommend!
