The customer service was great when ordering my son a replacement earbud case! I had to contact them to fix an error I had made on the address. They missed my initial phone call, but they called me back right away and got everything cleared up with the shipping company. The product worked great and will likely purchase again if I am ever in need of these products.Ā

I got the samsung live buds single side replacement because my dog chewed up one and the sadly dont make these anymore even tho they are the best earbuds to ever exist. The shipping was unbelievably fast, in excellent condition, very affordable, instructions were clear and I got the left bud connected to the case and other bud very easily im SOOOO happy thank you sooo much! 10/10 recommend šĀ

I then reached out to the company about a return they first gave me instructions and support on how to get it working when that did not work they sent me a return label I sent it back and they sent my money back quickly.
