We have used Red Carpet twice now. Once was an out of state move and the second was in the same city. We had Adam and Johnny move us both times and they were amazing! They took great care of our stuff, helped us build our beds, and were very careful to keep the house and our belongings clean. We would definitely use them again.
David and Richard just delivered a mattress to my home. They called ahead of time to let me know they will be delivering soon. They were very quick, efficient, and professional. They even wore shoe coverings before entering the home, which is much appreciated. Excellent service and would use them again!
David and Richard did an exceptional job delivering my new mattress and removing my old one. They wore booties and were very careful not to hit my low hanging chandelier! Highly recommend this company!
I ordered furniture from ZGallery and I'm so thankful that their delivery company of choice is Red Carpet Moving! David and Richard kept me up to date on my delivery and when they arrived at our apartment, they were extremely kind and courteous and handled my product with excellent care. As a retired RE Broker, skepticism is in my nature but with this short move from Henderson to Summerlin, I enjoyed a great experience with 3 fine young men who were experienced and careful not to damage anything they touched including my wife's 100+ year old bedroom furniture. I was moving from my house of 26 years to a brand new home just 8 miles away. I contacted Red Carpet Moving and was given a quote based on the rooms and size of my house. They were spot on and knew their business. After many questions and answers I signed a contract. I'm so glad I did. Eric, Kai, Adam, and Juan were nothing short of wonderful. They worked well together and even had us laughing as they were working. They were polite and tackled every issue with an answer. I would definitely recommend Red Carpet Moving.
Great service from David and Richard, our delivery team. They called in advance of the delivery of a sideboard; they were on time, friendly, and very professional. In addition, when we noticed an assembly defect in the sideboard, David disassembled the front panel and fixed the issue, which was not in his scope of work. He saved me time and saved Z Gallery money, since they did not have to send a replacement piece or hire someone to fix the problem.
David and Richard were Awsam but one of the chair was not set right and not good and the chair is tilted and the Z gal didn't do anything about it. need to be replaced
