Not professional at all! I bought a mirror from z gallerie, I was told they would reach out to set up delivery , they never did I'm paying 250 for delivery and I had to call them , now the mirror needs to be returned and once again I'm getting the run around ! Ask to speak to a supervisor and all of a sudden she's busy. No great customer service skills especially the people answering the phones

John came out and we were sent an email estimate of $755-$906 for our move. Upon completion, we were asked for, and paid $1283.50 (cash) for 8.5 hours. If paying with credit card it would have been an additional 3% fee. We were shocked! And this was with 3 movers instead of the standard "2". This was with a "5% discount". There was damage to a mattress, and although we haven't yet had time to go through boxes, we did open up one box which contained 2 fragile Lamps. The policy that's in place for damage is free coverage that every moving company across the United States offers. Damages don't happen often with us, but we do have a furniture medic on staff who can typically repair almost anything. I'd be happy to send him out to repair the lamps. Izaac and Jeff were awesome, stayed to help me put the couch covers on and were very professional. They even remembered us from when we had the couch delivered. Very happy with our delivery!

Used their delivery service for a Restoration Hardware delivery. The team of Sheryl and Derrick was excellent. Fast, efficient and courteous. Very mindful when being in the house. Asked if they should remove their shoes or wear coverings. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I use Red Carpet and I was very pleased. I called around and all the other companies did not sound very professional and besides an hourly rate there were also other miscellaneous charges. Red Carpet had a flat hourly rate with no hidden charges! They were on time and the two movers were so kind and efficient. Everything went very smoothly. I recommend them highly!
