David and Damon did a wonderful job moving my home goods into storage. They took the time to thoroughly wrap all piece of furniture and took great care in loading my boxes of fragile items. Highly recommend this company as they don't nickel and dime you to death as other companies have. Thank you.
My experience started with booking a moving date with Josh on the phone and he was very professional and helpful. Got a confirmation call two days before the actual moving date. Also got a call from mover Eric 30 minutes prior to arrival. Eric and his two associates Ryan and Bryant were professional, courteous and took great care of everything throughout the move. They did a good job putting back the bed and other furnitures together. They finished the move in 5 hours.
Red Carpet was not available on the the day of my move, but they recommended Umbrella Movers who were the WORST MOVERS I've ever used. When I called back Red Carpet to let them know how awful their recommendation was, they did not care.

There is a reason they are called "Red Carpet Movers"! Our team was absolutely the best: professional, efficient, knowledgeable and handled each item as if it were priceless! I had a very quick timeframe to move. (Leaving one job, packing and moving my house out of state, and starting a new job all within one week). I called Red Carpet and they stated that they were able to meet my needs. First, they sent two gentlemen (Raul & James) to my house to pack everything up. This service cost $239 per hour, I believe, and they provided all the supplies including boxes, tape, and packing paper. Red Carpet Movers were the best movers we have ever used. We did an out of state move with new and fragile furniture throughout the house. It all arrived in great shape. The whole process was easy and exactly what we expected. Thanks to the whole crew (office and field) for making our move to Colorado a little easier.

Not professional at all! I bought a mirror from z gallerie, I was told they would reach out to set up delivery , they never did I'm paying 250 for delivery and I had to call them , now the mirror needs to be returned and once again I'm getting the run around ! Ask to speak to a supervisor and all of a sudden she's busy. No great customer service skills especially the people answering the phones
