DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm dead serious! Bypass them if you know what's good for you and anything you care about... including your wallet! These people took their sweet time carrying one book (literally) at a time and they purposely ran out the clock and added hour after hour to the bill. I can't say enough great things about this team. From initial contact with Josh to movers Damon and Tony...excellent service and friendliness. Hard working, great follow up and updates. Absolutely on time. Very pleasant demeanor and efficient. Definitely worth the money. I hate moving but Damon and Tony made it stress free.
I am embarrassingly late in reviewing this AMAZING company, but I could not recommend this team enough. My husband and I moved from Las Vegas to Nashville, TN in December of 2021, so all we needed was some help loading our moving truck. And let me tell you, after our experience, I was almost bummed we weren't moving within Las Vegas so we could've used their services for the entire move. We moved from Pahrump to Las Vegas and used Red Carpet Movers. This place totally went above and beyond. I seriously couldn't have done this move without them. The guys that helped us move did such a great job and were so nice. They communicated everything so well from start to finish . Not a single piece of anything I own was damaged. They also protect the walls and the floor. They put everything at the new house in the room it goes in which helped me out so much. I wish I could give them more stars. Chris and Jason just delivered my Saatva mattress. I was their last stop of the day. They called with a 45 min notice ahead of time. When they arrived, both Chris and Jason put my old mattress in the garage and even took extra time to help move my area rug under my bed. They were patient and helpful, good energy and eager to help with anything I needed after working a long day and mine being the last delivery stop. Would highly recommend.
This is the 5th time we have used Red Carpet Moving over the years living throughout Las Vegas. Red Carpet constitutes to excel every time we used them. From the start of the process with the office team quoting and booking or project, to the movers who took great care of our house. They hit it out of the park every time. David and Damon did a wonderful job moving my home goods into storage. They took the time to thoroughly wrap all piece of furniture and took great care in loading my boxes of fragile items. Highly recommend this company as they don't nickel and dime you to death as other companies have. Thank you.
My experience started with booking a moving date with Josh on the phone and he was very professional and helpful. Got a confirmation call two days before the actual moving date. Also got a call from mover Eric 30 minutes prior to arrival. Eric and his two associates Ryan and Bryant were professional, courteous and took great care of everything throughout the move. They did a good job putting back the bed and other furnitures together. They finished the move in 5 hours.
Red Carpet was not available on the the day of my move, but they recommended Umbrella Movers who were the WORST MOVERS I've ever used. When I called back Red Carpet to let them know how awful their recommendation was, they did not care.
