In response to Amy H's (sister to the owner of Red Carpet Moving) response to my review, if your team was so wonderful (as a couple of the guys were) there would not have been "HELP" calls to Jon or you. If your team was having a horrible time, then you or Jon would have come out to ascertain the issues and try to mitigate them. I asked you directly Amy, several times to have Jon come out, as noted in my first review ... to no avail. There were no "verbal slurs" to or "degradation" of your team ... It's unfortunate that businesses aren't able to rate customers, because our rating for you would be equally as poor. I had such an amazing experience with Red carpet moving and I'm so happy that I decided to hire them for my move. My experience with them has always been top notch, when they've delivered furniture from Restoration Hardware...so i felt comfortable with them handling my move. The first point of contact, Josh- he was so helpful! I had to reschedule our move, due to closing dates getting delayed! Josh was able to fit me into their schedule and I'm so thankful for his help! The owner and the crew, Cisco, Ricky and all of the guys are excellent. They were so helpful and very polite. They work very hard and are very organized. And they treat your valuable items very carefully. Everything was beautifully wrapped, boxed and protected. I did not worry about the movement of art and the like. They made the move less of a drudgery for me; I knew I was in good hands very quickly. It was actually an enjoyable experience. I very much appreciate the whole crew. We have moved three times in the last six years, and Red Carpet was, by FAR, the best company we have used. They were professional, considerate, efficient, and friendly. They didn't cut corners, and we didn't get 'nickel-and-dimed' on the little stuff. Their price included things that other companies charge separately (and that really adds up). They were conscientious and extra careful with the heirloom items I was most worried about. The crew had obviously worked together before, and they made it look fun. Thank you Red Car... read more

Had a delivery for a 9 piece dining room set and Josh and Robert were great with the "white glove" service! They brought everything in, set everything up and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use them again!

Do yourself a favor and stay far away. This business doesn't care about the quality of a move. Besides the amount of scuffs and marks all over my walls from Them moving and putting things in incorrect places, this is the absolute icing on the cake. When they moved my mini fridge I asked them to make sure it was empty before they moved it. Few weeks later I check in to move it in its prope place , and open and mold comes pouring out. I ordered from Restoration Hardware and Red Carpet Moving was selected as the delivery partner. Robert, Max, Hunter and Corey were the four guys assigned to my home delivery and they did a top notch job. They were all very friendly, upbeat and hard working guys. They respected our property by being careful not to scratch floors or ding walls. A big shout out to Casey and Josh who helped me by delivering a 10ft couch easily and without any issues. I received a message letting me know their delivery window. They were prompt to show up and very professional. Thanks for delivering my new couch and making the delivery process so easy!
