Friendly staff and no pressure salesman
I can not thank Joshua the service manager and Rico my agent enough!! They truly have been a blessing to me. I had my first child Tuesday amidst all the set backs the enemy was trying ti throw my way, these men definitely did all they could to take care of me. My ford fusion has never given me problems then all of a sudden began driving as if the throttle body was going out that was just replaced. i brought my vehicle in to service and got a transmission flush, a week later found a sensor for a camshaft filter and days later... read more

First off, I had a wonderful experience with the service department roughly four weeks ago. One of the door latches on my Ford Escape broke (it was under a recall). I was pretty much panicked due to a trip we were taking. The service department got all the recalls for my car complete in one day (this includes some I wasn't even aware off).
