I had no appointment and the lanes were all pretty full as well as the waiting room, but I was waited on promptly. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs and they were right on the nose. I really appreciated two things:#1 no strong sales pitch about services and #2 when I presented what looked like a coupon the cashiers researched adamantly for me. Then when there was no coupon to apply they enrolled me in the Owners Advantage group to help me save money. The waiting room was very comfortable.
