RecommendedI got in and waited 5 min to be acknowledged but the oil change and rotation was taken care of quickly. Overall I give them 3.5/5 just because working in a customer service business and that a big reflection on the business

RecommendedMy car went in for a recall and I was hoping it would be ready on the same day. i was told it may be 2 days but was pleasantly surprised to get a call the same day. They worked fast and everything went extremely well. Jacob in the service department made it happen and the shuttle driver was really nice and got me where I needed to be.

We were able to get a 2019 Camry and a 2018 Silverado. No matter new or used he got the deal done. If he didn’t have what we were looking for in stock he wouldn’t let that stop that from getting us what we wanted! Highly recommend Roger in the used car department at Red Mccombs ford!
