Maybe I missed it but a general estimate of repair time when we dropped off the car would help and then an update or two that things are progressing on schedule or you are waiting on something with an expected delay of x days. I had two communications from you. One in reply to an email from me, and one to say the car was ready. Thanks for asking.

0 Star : My Experience I'm going to try to bring my truck back in on Monday. The bumper is that was replaced is not put on the truck evenly, and there is paint overspray on the exhaust and frame of the truck. It's very, very obvious where the repairs have been made which is what I was not expecting.

Then told I had to come in and pay the $250 deductible before the car could be delivered - when I had no way to drive there. Really bad experience. 4.5 Star : Returned Clean
