0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Their carelessness and the way my car was driven up to the entrance made me not ever want to trust them again. I will steer all those I know away from them. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality Repair area looks great but vehicle suffered other damage in your shop that now we have to bring vehicle back for additional repairs. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Was going good and Ryan communicated well but when wife went to pick up car and pointed out additional damage his first reaction was to doubt it was a new item. 2 Star : Returned Clean
0 Star : My Experience I was told my car was ready for pick up. I picked up my car and returned the rental car. While driving it home, the steering wheel started to shake. I took it back. It's an inconvenience but I'm just glad it's getting fixed. And grateful for a loaner car.
