0 Star : My Experience Already discussed some with Kelly and the manager. Car came back with 2 scratches, a half sanded trunk, driver side quarter panel was sanded a little to, color is to blue, while my car is black, interior is filthy. Manger insulted my car and me. Trunk lid gaps are uneven and paint has orange peel. Overall Kelly and the other receptionist and appraisers were great but the manager and the workmanship are not to standard. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend Out of several cars fixed at Red Noland over many years, the problems incurred with these two cars are not enough to make me not want to refer them nor bring any future repairs to them. I was only contacted by Red Noland after my insurance company called and asked what was taking so long. The staff at Red Noland was largely friendly and helpful, however.

0 Star : My Experience Sensors on vehicle were not connected, so now I have to return the vehicle back to Red Noland. This is extremely inconvenient and a waste of my time and gasoline. Very disappointed. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Technician did not put car back into safe working condition, as it was received. Sensors were not working upon pickup. 4 Star : Customer Service Lots of confusion upon vehicle pickup. Reps did not ha e paperwork ready.
