Knowledgeable and professional. They always do what they say they’ll do when they say they’ll do it. We have used them twice now. First time was to check for leaks and they found it and ended up replacing the skimmer. Second time was to find a leak again. This time they temporarily repaired the leak (it had nothing to do with the skimmer they installed last summer) until we decide if we are going to get it fixed. Overall, highly satisfied They are a little pricey, but isn’t everything these days?

We had Mike from Red Rhino here this past Wednesday. He was here about an hour, found our leaks, and repaired them. He was great! We were having to add water (nearly 3hrs run time) about every three days to the pool - it’s only Saturday but the water line has not dropped, even in the heat these past 92-93 days! Thanks Mike!

They stand behind their service. Felix came back five times including one time after hours searching for the leak. All of their staff were very excellent.
