RecommendedIt was very easy to schedule an appointment to look for an issue I was having with my pool. Tai Nguyen came to our home with a great attitude and was very professional. This is how service should always be. Tai did a great job finding the leak and recommending a fix. Couldn’t have been more pleased.
Mike and Jason were both professional in that they arrived in a timely manner/ they diagnosed the leaks and explained the process of repairing them as well as answer my questions- I would recommend them
Red Rhino and Danylo are the best! Danylo explained everything, he was knowledgeable, competent, fixed our issue in one visit, plus gave us the information we needed for future repairs. He even had fun when the ducks wanted to swim with him!

After going with two other leak detection companies and no, I won’t mention names because I don’t like to bash companies. The local pool store suggested Red Rhino, and from the moment they picked up the phone to coming out and being proactive after the service was beyond impressive and professional. I had the opportunity to have Mason as my tech and he did not disappoint. I recommend everything about Red Rhino. It is a company built on professionalism and reliability. Justine, who did our skimmer replacement, was friendly and professional, and it was obvious he took pride in his work. He worked tirelessly and never cut corners. I highly recommend this company, without reservation!!!
Red Rhino’s customer service is amazing. Zack was very helpful in explaining the process, following up multiple times and going above and beyond with his service call/inspection.
Spending enough time filling up the pool and within minutes Red Rhino was up to the task to find the problem. Mark was amazing, you can see the dedication and commitment to get me answers. He took the time and found several areas that needed some attention. Once done with the leak detection he sealed the areas and also found a cracked pipe. Explain the process and how to fix the problem. Will recommend them to anyone who needs answers on their pool problems. Thank you Red Rhino.
Tom did an excellent job. We were very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and step by step explanation of what he was doing, what needed repaired, and the best way to go about getting the job done. We have had other pool detectives out here, but Tom outshined them all! Bonnie Manning
