Our pool was built in the 60's. It was why we bought the house! Refinished once; it is tired and needing a total facelift (lots of cracks that have been treated through the years) but we keep putting it off. Our current drought conditions helped the pool go down 12 in. in 2 days! Red Rhino to the rescue. We know there are no warranties for our near-death pool, but we now have time to research options and will use it well. Thank you for your prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Good experience overall. Tech was on time. Easy to talk to. Found the leak quickly and made suggestions. I chose to continue and fix the leak in the skimmer. A different tech provided the fix. Again, on time and easy to communicate. I gave a 4 star and not 5 because I had expected that after the fix was done, we would have run the test to ensure that it was working as expected. Amazing service, response time, and finished product. Even the company that finished our pool deck commented on the excellent quality of the skimmer they installed concrete they repaired around it.

They were highly efficient and reasonably priced, found the problem and them gave a very reasonable repair cost. The repair is yet to come but I will post again after completion of the repair
