RecommendedSpending enough time filling up the pool and within minutes Red Rhino was up to the task to find the problem. Mark was amazing, you can see the dedication and commitment to get me answers. He took the time and found several areas that needed some attention. Once done with the leak detection he sealed the areas and also found a cracked pipe. Explain the process and how to fix the problem. Will recommend them to anyone who needs answers on their pool problems. Thank you Red Rhino.

RecommendedRed Rhino responded so quickly to our pool leak that amounted to 6” of water every two days! The leak started so quickly and we used the bucket test to prove what we saw happening. They arrived within two days of our call and found it very quickly behind the pool light housing and placed a temporary seal on the crack in the housing. Less than two days later their repair team came out to make the final repairs. Very professional, great communication, excellent color match on pool surface and great warranty too! RecommendedKnowledgeable and professional. They always do what they say they’ll do when they say they’ll do it. We have used them twice now. First time was to check for leaks and they found it and ended up replacing the skimmer. Second time was to find a leak again. This time they temporarily repaired the leak (it had nothing to do with the skimmer they installed last summer) until we decide if we are going to get it fixed. Overall, highly satisfied They are a little pricey, but isn’t everything these days?
