RecommendedThey were very thorough, explained what they were doing and found the problem. We will soon be using them to make the repair. Also, I had a minor problem with my heater after they were here. The technician that worked on my pool was very quick to text me back, walked me through what to do, offered to come back…. With his help, the heater is now working again - a minor issue. I really appreciate how responsive he was.

Our pool was built in the 60's. It was why we bought the house! Refinished once; it is tired and needing a total facelift (lots of cracks that have been treated through the years) but we keep putting it off. Our current drought conditions helped the pool go down 12 in. in 2 days! Red Rhino to the rescue. We know there are no warranties for our near-death pool, but we now have time to research options and will use it well. Thank you for your prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Good experience overall. Tech was on time. Easy to talk to. Found the leak quickly and made suggestions. I chose to continue and fix the leak in the skimmer. A different tech provided the fix. Again, on time and easy to communicate. I gave a 4 star and not 5 because I had expected that after the fix was done, we would have run the test to ensure that it was working as expected.
